Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my agents if I downgrade?
Your agents stay safe. If you have more private agents than the free plan allows after you downgrade, extras become read-only until you re-subscribe or delete some. Public agents remain live.
How do contributor payouts work?
You earn the contributor share of each premium sale (about 70% by default; AgentHut retains the rest as a platform fee). Rates are set in Admin settings and may change — see Terms. Payouts run through Stripe Connect.
Are there refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Premium agent purchases are also final — once downloaded, the agent file is yours.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — the yearly plan works out to $3.33/month ($39.99/year), saving you 33% compared to the monthly rate.
